That version was adapted from a third-party software company’s terms of use and described a business, a jurisdiction, a product range and contact details that are not Ambimat’s. It has been withdrawn. The sections below state only what can be verified about this website and its operator. Where a clause would require legal judgement rather than a statement of fact, we have used the most conservative wording we can support rather than adopting another company’s.

2. What this website does
The Website is an informational and technical-reference site. Through it we publish:
- information about Ambimat’s products, business units and engineering services;
- a technical reference library covering payment, smart-card, NFC/RFID and related standards;
- enquiry, support, vendor, distribution and job-application forms;
3. What this website does not do
So that there is no ambiguity about the scope of this notice:
- There are no visitor accounts. Public registration is disabled and the Website does not create or maintain accounts for visitors.
- There are no subscription plans, fees or paid tiers of any kind, and the Website does not bill anyone for anything.
- No purchases or payments are processed on this Website. Ambimat’s online store operates separately at orders.ambimat.com under its own policies, which are the ones that apply to any order placed there.
- Ambimat does not provide consent-management software, policy generators or document-generation services. Any earlier statement on this page to the contrary was incorrect.
4. Intellectual property
The Ambimat name and the Ambimat Group brand names, logos and product names are the property of Ambimat and may not be used without written permission.
The technical reference library on this Website cites and, in places, reproduces material from standards bodies, semiconductor vendors and other third parties. Where that is the case the material remains the property of its owner and its cited source, not Ambimat, is the authority for it. Ambimat claims no ownership of third-party material published on this Website. If you own material that appears here and wish it corrected, attributed differently or removed, please write to support@ambimat.com and we will act on it.
5. Using the website
Please use the Website lawfully. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, interfere with its operation or security, submit unlawful content through its forms, or use automated means to collect data from it in a way that degrades the service for others.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website, and we may decline to act on any submission, without notice.

We take care over the technical and product information we publish and correct it when we find it to be wrong.
