This website does not sell products and does not take payments. ambimat.com is an informational website. It has no checkout, no shopping cart and no customer accounts, so there is nothing purchased here to refund or cancel.

If you bought from the Ambimat online store

Ambimat’s online store is a separate website at orders.ambimat.com. Orders placed there are governed by that store’s own policies:

• Terms of Sale
• Shipping Policy

If you buy from Ambimat directly

Ambimat also supplies customers outside the online store — by quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice and direct commercial settlement. Those supplies are governed by the written quotation, purchase order or agreement covering them, not by the online store’s policies. Cancellation, return and payment terms for such a supply are whatever that document says.

Nothing on this page limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
