Ambimat has successfully realized projects for PCB design, layout, and fabrication of Multi-Layer PCBs ranging from two layers to twelve layers. That said we do possess the necessary expertise and skill set to go above that.
Such PCBs are not just Rigid PCBs but also Flexible one as well as Flexi Rigid PCBs.
We have skilled manpower, who can work on Cadence, OrCAD, Altium, PCAD, PADS, CADSTAR, EAGLE, etc.
We have skilled technicians who can manually wire various thru-hole and SMD chips as well as passive components for packages like 1206, 0603, 0402, etc. We have pick and place machines that will place and solder components of various packages.
We have in the past wired Small Outline Integrated Circuits (SOIC), TQFP, 208 & 240 pin PQFP, and 272 pins BGAs and 200 pins LGAs.
Our Test Facility has most equipment like Power Supplies, Signal Generators, Scope, Analog & Digital Multimeters, Logic Analysers, Network Analysers coupled with EEPROM Programming & PLD Development Support, Various Development Modules, Breakout Boards and tools for Embedded Development
We have the capability of accomplishing functional testing and environmental testing with a 168-hour burn-in analysis.
We are particularly proud of our RF and Power supply designs. Our designs in the past 5 years have, in the first attempt, passed through various international certifications like FCC Part 15 Subpart B and C, CE, PTCRB, ISO 61000-4-2, ISO 61000-4-4, ISO 61000-4-5, IS 13485.
We have designed PCBs that are as thin as 0.2mm flexible PCBs to 1.6mm Rigid PCBs with multiple RF interfaces.
Ambimat was the second in the world to get the FCC certification for its BLE based solutions in 2014 when most of the world was still learning about Bluetooth technology.
