AmbiSecure

AmbiSecure is the security and digital-identity business unit of the Ambimat Group. It builds hardware-rooted identity systems — FIDO authenticators, smart-card and secure-element applets, PKI and credential infrastructure — for governments, enterprises, telecoms and connected-product OEMs.

It grew out of the same embedded engineering team that has been shipping electronics since 1982, and has been delivering identity systems since 2017. This page is a short overview. What AmbiSecure works on

Hardware-rooted identity

What makes this a coherent offering rather than a separate company is that the security work sits on top of the same hardware practice as the rest of Ambimat: board design, firmware, manufacture and test. A credential is only as trustworthy as the device holding it, which is why connected-product design and identity engineering are done by the same group.

That connection shows up in Ambimat’s own work as well — for example in the security of LoRa edge nodes and gateways, and in the commissioning and key handling of Zigbee mesh deployments.
